Halfway to the wonderful nature reserve of Las Dunas de Maspalomas (3 minutes walking) and the Yumbo Shopping Center (10 minutes walking). The house is located in a quiet and pleasant complex, with a shared pool for only 8 bungalows. Thus, the pool will be almost private for you. There is nothing similar it in this area. The holiday home has two terraces, one with pool views, perfect to start the day with a good breakfast and the other one surrounding the property, where you can enjoy the sun with more privacy. Its interior is spacious compared to other properties in the area. A big living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped bathroom make this property the perfect place to enjoy. Forget about washing the dishes, there is a dishwasher! You will have at your disposal all the entertainment you can imagine, 600mb Internet and free WIFI, NETFLIX, HBO, Amazon Prime Video and Vodafone TV with international channels.     “Heerlijk huisje met fijne bedden, zithoeken buiten zijn erg gezellig en je springt zo het zwembad in. Er lag een welkomstpakket voor ons klaar met lekkers, een flesje wijn en bier, en heel fijn ook alvast flessen water, zodat je niet gelijk naar de winkel hoeft te rennen!
    Ligging is perfect, dichtbij o.a. Cita, Yumbo en de boulevard/strand.”
