Sonnige und neu eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im Obergeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses. Separater Eingang, Küche mit Essecke, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Bad mit Dusche und WC.

Die Ferienwohnung wird laufend renoviert, so steht Ihnen seit Oktober 2013 ein Flachbildschirm-Fernseher im Wohnzimmer sowie im Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung.
Entspannen Sie in der gemütlich eingerichteten Leseecke im komfortablen Relaxsessel.
Internetanschluss (WLAN) kostenlos.

Es befinden sich Verdunklungsrollos an den Fenstern des Wohn- und Schlafzimmers. Das Schlafzimmerfenster ist mit einem Insektengitter versehen.

Zudem vorhanden: Sonnenschirm, 16 Kleiderbügel, Bademäntel, Kosmetikspiegel mit dreifach Vergrößerung, Verbandskasten, Waschmaschine & Geschirrspüler.

Betten: Ein Doppelbett mit zwei separaten Matratzen der Größe 90 cm x 200 cm. Lattenrost, Kopf und Fußteil sind höhenverstellbar.

Eine Schlafcouch (160 cm x 200 cm) für bis zu zwei weiteren Personen steht zur Verfügung.



Die komfortable und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung liegt in ruhiger und dennoch zentraler Lage. Der Bahnhof ist ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt.

Der Bahnhof liegt ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt.

Zu den Räumlichkeiten gehört eine Küche mit Essecke, Schlafzimmer (an den Betten sind Kopf- und Fußteil höhenverstellbar) und Wohnzimmer je mit Kabel TV, Badezimmer und Balkon. Diese Ferienwohnung ist allergikerfreundlich.
Ein PKW-Stellplatz steht Ihnen kostenlos am Haus zur Verfügung. Außerdem kann gegen Aufpreis eine E-Auto Ladestation genutzt werden.
