Der Kurort Lindenfels, welcher auch als Perle des Odenwalds bezeichnet wird, ist das einzige Städtchen im südhessischen Vorderen Odenwald. Der Stadtkern ist eingebettet zwischen dem rund 400 Meter hohen Burgberg mit der Burg Lindenfels dem bewaldeten Schenkenberg. Die Region ist durch herrliche waldreiche Berglandschaft gekennzeichnet. Im Südwesten des Stadtgebiets befindet sich der 576 Meter hohe Krehberg. Nicht weit ab befindet sich mit 605 Meter der höchste Gipfel im Vorderen Odenwald.
Eine herrliche Gegend, um richtig zu entspannen, durch die Wälder zu streifen, die Natur zu genießen oder auf kulturellen Pfaden zu wandeln.
