Die moderne Einliegerwohnung in einem neu eingerichteten Ferienhaus liegt im Ortsteil Kaltenhof auf der Insel Poel.
Bis zum breiten, feinsandigen Strand am Schwarzen Busch sind es ca. 600m.
Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden.



Die vollausgestattet 2-Raum-Ferienwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss des Hauses.
Ein separates Grundstück mit Gartenmöbel und Grill lädt zum Relaxen ein.


Das Fuß-/Fahrradwegenetz auf der Insel Poel und an den Küsten ist gut ausgebaut und ideal für Radtouren oder lange Wanderungen. Viele Wege führen direkt an der Küste (teilweise mit Steilküste) entlang.
