Casa Cimino A is a newly renovated house. It enjoys a fine furniture, typical of the Amalfi Coast: the old terracotta floor makes the house charming and welcoming. The view over Capri and Positano is breathtaking. It belongs to a larger complex, which includes an independent floor, located just below (with separate entrance). Casa Cimino A is located in the upper part of Praiano, west side, one of the quietest areas of the country, with a breathtaking view: you can admire Capri and Positano from every window!
The house is organized on one floor which includes:
• Living room with a double sofa bed (bed size 160x190)
• Fully equipped kitchen with sea view, with table for 4 people (equipped with dishwasher)
• 1 spacious double bedroom (bed size 160x190) with en suite bathroom and sea view
• 2 full bathrooms with shower (one of which is en suite)
Casa Cimino A is located just above the famous church of San Gennaro, on the path that leads to the famous Path of the Gods. The fastest way to reach the house is from the upper part of Praiano, through a walking path of about 200 meters, alternating with about 60 steps. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the center of Praiano through a staircase of about 200 steps. The private parking is located about 500 meters away, for a fee. Otherwise it is possible to park in the public parking lines at about 200 meters.
A few steps are:
• One Fire Beach Club (20 minutes walk through the steps)
• Bars and restaurants (5 minutes)
• Small grocery store (5 minutes)
• Local bus stop and Sita stop (5 minutes)
