Das kleine Ferienhaus mit Spitzdach befindet sich auf einem Gartengrundstück in der Nähe vom Stadtzentrum Teterows.
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Wohnraum mit Schlafcouch und offener Küche, sowie ein Bad mit Dusche und WC.Über eine steile Treppe ist der Dachausbau zu erreichen. Dieser ist mit einen Schlafraum mit Doppelbett ausgestattet.
 
Eine Terrasse mit Mobiliar, Hollywoodschaukel und zwei Gartenliegen ist genauso vorhanden wie ein Grill.
 
Parkmöglichkeit besteht direkt auf dem Grundstück. Fahrrad- und Bootsverleih sind möglich.

Das kleine Ferienhaus liegt auf einem Privatgrundstück zur alleinigen Nutzung am Stadtrand von Teterow. Das Stadtzentrum mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Galerie und Museum ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Teterower See sind es mit dem Rad keine 5 Minuten. Hier gibt es ein gepflegtes Naturbad und die Möglichkeit zu einer Bootstour. Angelfreunde können nach Absprache/Verfügbarkeit beim Vermieter ein Ruderboot mieten. Möglichkeit zum Reiten und zum Golf spielen gibt es im 4 km entfernten Ortsteil Teschow.
