Magical House on the seafront in the north of Lanzarote
Very well maintained, renovated fisherman's house situated in the picturesque village of Arrieta, away from mass tourism. Very comfortable, upscale amenities. Lovingly and tastefully furnished. Two double bedrooms (beds 160x200 cm). Cozy kitchen with perfectly equipped kitchen. On the ground floor nice bathroom with double sinks. Access to the bathroom on the patio. Downstairs bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and reading corner and switchable infrared image heating when required.
Spiral staircase to the upper floor. Second bedroom with large wardrobe and a small desk. Separate WC. Partly covered roof terrace with sea view, comfortable seating, dining table with 4 chairs and 2 sunbeds. Upper bedroom with views of the Atlantic Ocean. Distance to the sea Main house is about 10 meters, Salon 2 meters. The house is located primarily (below the road) by the sea and is embedded in the row of houses. The house itself, however, is completely private. Your neighbors are Spaniards who you are now and see and hear. The house is for younger children and especially babies unsuitable! (Danger of falling at a steep spiral staircase and roof terrace).
Arrieta is known for its fine seafood restaurants, which can all be reached in a few minutes on foot. Directly opposite is a well stocked Supermercado. The sandy beach Playa la Garita, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, can be reached in about 7 minutes. A rental car is highly recommended to explore the island. The landlord will personally welcome you and hand over the keys.
