Beautiful holiday home with private pool 1 km from various romantic sandy bays. The house is 300 km from the French border, from the motorway exit it is 4 km to the house. The house has a large, well-tended garden, which is completely closed off with a fence and hedge. You are all to yourself. The entrance to the property is closed with remote control. You can park your car on the closed property.

The house can sleep up to 5 people in 3 bedrooms. It has a shower room with a large shower cubicle, 2 toilets + 1 garden toilet. A kitchen and a dining, living area. Very well equipped kitchen with lots of crockery, cutlery, filter coffee machine, capsule machine, various saucepans, frying pans, microwaves, 4-plate crean field, oven, dishwasher. All windows are new and well sealed with iron bars and modern mosquito screens. The house has central heating, so winter holidays are also pleasant. You have a dishwasher, washing machine, flat-screen satellite TV with all Swiss and German programs,

In the beautiful garden there is a covered pergola with a direct view of the private pool. The garden fireplace is under the pergola. Here you can relax, dine and enjoy the view of the extensive, private garden and your own kidney-shaped pool (7 mx 4 m). There are enough tables, chairs, loungers with cushions and parasols available. In addition to the private pool, there is also a solar outdoor shower. A little further away you will find an outside toilet with a washbasin.

Attention: in the months of July and August it is only possible to rent for 2 weeks and no dogs. Dogs: We do not accept dogs in the summer months. From September to June you are allowed to accompany a maximum of 2 small dogs or 2 medium-sized dogs.


What is included in the rental price: Final cleaning, water, explanations and support from our German-speaking administrator, tourism tax, key service, pool maintenance twice a week in summer, otherwise once a week. The obligatory tourism tax is already included in our prices.

In addition, there is your consumption of electricity, we have a meter, so you only pay for the electricity you use. Summer around 25e a week.


Surroundings: The house is located in a Quartir in Las Tres Calas. The street in front of the house is not a thoroughfare, just a street for the residents. Las Tres Calas is 4 km from the fishing town E-43860 L'Ametlla de Mar away. There you will find various shopping centers, doctors, pharmacies, souvenir shops, internet cafes, various restaurants with regional specialties. Every day there is a fish-vegetable-meat market. Clothes and shoe market twice a week. In Hospitalet, 5 minutes by car, there is a big Lidel that is even open on Sunday mornings.

Las Tres Calas is by the sea and the whole area has various romantic, gently sloping sandy bays. These are ideal for children and non-swimmers. There is free parking above every sandy bay. Long sandy beaches can be found in Miami-Playa which is 10 minutes by car from the house. This lovingly furnished holiday home is located just 1 km from some of the best beaches on the Costa Dorada in a quiet residential area in the hilly inland.

Beautiful, romantic coastal paths in the immediate vicinity. Deltebre (nature park with miles of sandy beaches, some of which are wild), Portaventura, one of the largest amusement parks in Europe, wine region (Priorat / Terra Alta). Places of interest: Tortosa, Peniscola, Ampolla, Tarragona, Reus with Gaudi center, Horta de San Joan with Picasso Museum. The proximity to the town of L'Ametlla de Mar, which is located on the Mediterranean with its port, not only offers you the opportunity to enjoy the exquisite gastronomy of the region, but also the unique opportunity to take a guided catamaran tour up to 300 kg of tuna in the most important farmed fish farm in Europe and even swim with them in summer. The Costa Dorada (“Golden Coast”) is the coastal region on the Spanish Mediterranean, which is south of Barcelona and Tarragona. Due to the optimal infrastructure, which also includes the two airports in Barcelona and Reus, the region is very well connected.     “Liebevoll angelegter Garten. Tolle Idee mit dem Teich vor dem Haus, ein Hingucker für viele die draussen dran vorbei gingen. Alles eingezäunt und blickdicht. Viel platz und ordentlich Auswahl mit Sitzmöglichkeiten im Aussenbereich. Alles was man braucht war da. Preis/Leistung stimmte, allgemeine Betreuung, auch vor Ort, war sehr gut, wir würden wieder kommen! Positiv: Von der Gartengestaltung waren wir sehr begeistert, Pool, Steinbeet etc.. Auch das elektronische Tor fanden wir praktisch.”
