In unserem Mehrfamilienhaus vermieten wir eine 2.5-Zimmerwohnung (Wohnfläche 50 m2) direkt unter dem Dach. Die Wohnung ist über einen separaten Eingang und drei Aussentreppen erreichbar. Sie verfügt über einen Balkon mit traumhafter Aussicht auf die Berge und den Gletscher. Gartenmöbel, Liegestühle und ein Elektrogrill laden zum gemütlichen Verweilen auf dem überdachten Balkon ein.
Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett, das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem komfortablen Bettsofa ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt, nebst der üblichen Ausstattung, über einen Racletteofen, Mikrowelle, ein Fondueset, einen Toaster und einen Wasserkocher. Die Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine werden ihnen vom Vermieter gratis zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Rauchen in der Wohnung ist nicht gestattet.
Ihr Auto dürfen sie auf unserem Privatparkplatz abstellen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich an ruhiger und zentraler Lage. Die Bushaltestelle erreichen sie in 5 Minuten, das nächste Restaurant befindet sich 200 Meter entfernt. Der Dorfladen im Nachbardorf ist 2 km entfernt und führt in seinem Sortiment alles, was sie für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigen.
Im Winter stellen wir ihnen einen beheizten Skischrank bei der Talstation Reuti zu Verfügung.
