Location:
The apartment is in a house built in the style of the old Engadine architecture, in central and quiet location with superior infrastructure.
Winter: The cross-country skiing trail is behind the house and is connected to the 150 miles trail net of the Engadine. Downhill skiers can reach the ski areas Diavolezza via bus or train, and the ski areas Corviglia and Corvatsch by bus. Bus station is about 5 minutes by foot. Many winter hiking trails to Morteratsch, Roseg valley, Celerina and Samedan. Ice-skating at the Bellavita Spa Pontresina. Ice climbing in the gorge of Pontresina. Insider tip: Powder snow skiing in late March and April.
Summer: Many hiking and biking trails with direct access from the house, climbing, alpine sports, surfing, para-gliding on Muottas Muragl, golf. Insider tip: Golden October for hiking.
General: Bus station, post office, bakery, grocery shopping Coop all within 10 minutes. Railway train station Surovas 5 minutes by foot, railway train station Pontresina 20 minutes by foot (or by bus). Many restaurants on the stroll alley Via Maistra, Bellavita Spa 10 minutes.

    “Gut gepflegte Wohnung an praktischer Lage Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr gut mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet Negativ: Die vielbefahrene Strasse ist gut hörbar, auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern in der Nacht.”

    “Il nostro soggiorno a Pontresina è stato molto piacevole, belle passeggiate nei boschi, l’appartamento Chesa Curtin (239209) rimane in una bella posizione, a pochi passi dal centro del paese, molto comodo il parcheggio coperto per l’unico giorno di pioggia che abbiamo avuto, l’appartamento è essenziale e non manca nulla, comodo divano, armadio per appendere gli abiti, televisore, stoviglie, e attrezzi vari per la cucina, una bella dotazione di pentole, piatti, bicchieri e tazze.
    L’unico punto negativo è la temperatura troppo alta della stanza, circa 23 gradi centigradi alle ore 22:00, anche se i termosifoni erano freddi, abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta, con un po di disagio per i rumori esterni del traffico alla mattina. Positiv: i panorami alpini e gli animali del bosco Restaurant: Ristorante pizzeria della stazione - La pizzeria ristorante della stazione, offre delle ottime pizze, ben cotte e digeribili con facilità Ausflüge: Val roseg - una bella passeggiate nella val Roseg è una cosa che rasserena l'animo”

    “Sehr Gute Gegend, optimale Wohnung, wunderbar um Ferien zu Machen. Ob Sommer oder Winter Positiv: Eine sehr kleine aber gut eingerichtete Wohnung,an guter Lage. Man ist schnell im Ort, in der Nähe der Bushaltestelle also Optimal.”
