The design is rustic with a ceiling height of around 1.95 m (6’ 5”) with lower beams. Covered balcony with table and 4 chairs, lawn with deck chairs, mountain view. Outdoor grill. Lockable room for sports equipment. Shared use of laundry room with washing machine/tumble dryer. Year-round access by car possible, paved access and parking directly in front of the house. Non-smoking house. The bottom station of the Schilthorn-Piz Gloria Cableway and the Stechelberg-Schilthorn Cableway PostBus station can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. All taxes, fees and final cleaning are included in the rental price
