This spacious four bedroom villa is situated in a quiet location, close to Nîmes. It boasts a beautiful infinity pool with a unique view of the surrounding Mediterranean vegetation, the Uzès Mountains and the Massif Central. Inside, the décor is fresh and modern, complete with a living room with integrated dining area and marble bar, which enjoys a beautiful view of the city through a large glass wall. The holiday home is wonderfully equipped with comfortable furnishings and modern amenities, including a flat screen TV and a boulodrome. The outdoor kitchen is situated next to the swimming pool and is the perfect spot for preparing delicious al fresco meals. From the house a trail leads to the Gardon ravines, a natural beauty spot situated just 5km away. The attractive town of Nimes, with its Roman remains, is situated just 10km away. Please note, one of the bedrooms and its en-suite bathroom is only accessible from the outside. The ground floor is suited for guests with reduced mobility.
