Das Haus liegt ca. 100 m entfert vom Leba-See. Der See bietet Bade- und Angelmöglichkeiten. Der Slowinski-Nationalpark ist auch direkt in der Nähe. Eine besondere Attraktion sind die berühmten Wanderdünen (auch Sahara des Ostens genannt) und Weiter finden Sie kilometerweite weiße Strände.
Die Grundstücksfläche ist im allgemein 1200 qm groß. Eine Gartenlaube zum Grillen ist für alle Gäste vorhanden eben so befindet sich dort ein Gemüsegarten den die Gäste nutzen können.
Der PKW-Stellplatz befindet sich auf dem Grundstück.
Leba ist ein Landseebad und ein sehr beliebter Badeort an der polnischen Ostseeküste. Lage zwischen Ustka/Stolpmünde und der Halbinsel Hela in Pommern. Der ehemalige Fischerort Ż a r n o w s k a/früher Lebafelde am Leba-See, heute ein Ferienort in Vorortlage, liegt meeresnah, unweit der prächtigen, weißen Sandstrände und Dünen am Rande des Slowinski-Nationalparks.
Alles was die Ostsee bietet: Schwimmen, Windsurfing, Angeln und Strandwanderungen. Ein Reitplatz ist in ca. 6 km Entfernung und Tennis kann man in Leba spielen. Einen Fischerei- und Yachthafen mit Mole hat Leba. Vom Hafen in Leba sind verschiedene Ausflüge mit Schiffen möglich. Fahrten mit Elektroautos sowie Kutschfahrten werden ebenfalls angeboten.
