Wake up in our peaceful green corner of Provence, breakfast 'en plein air' beside your own exclusive swimming pool and step back in time and enjoy the slow pace of life in our sleepy southern French village of Laudun L'Ardoise with a direct bus service to Avignon.

Your ground floor accommodation sleeps up to four plus baby and pets are welcome too. There is a comfortable living room with Wifi connection and doors to the south facing patio area. There's a Smart TV with connection to British broadcasts, a DVD player with a selection of movies in English and French and a dining table seating four for cooler evenings. There is one double bedroom and a twin bedroom plus one of the sofas in the lounge converts to a double sofabed and there is also a box room with travel cot for baby. You have a fully equipped kitchen and shower room with toilet, vanity unit and large walk in double headed shower. All rooms are equipped with mosquito net blinds

The large floodlit pool is great for evening bathing, its bordered by conifers for privacy and equipped with with a family sized solar shower. The pool is open from April to October making La Soleillade an ideal location for your Spring or Autumn break. There's a poolside Summer Kitchen equipped with facilities for making your own paella, a plancha grill, a fridge freezer for cool poolside drinks and an inbuilt charcoal barbecue. Meals can be enjoyed on the patio and the pool is surrounded by loungers for sun worshippers or, if you prefer, there is a grape covered pergola where you can cool off and snooze the afternoon away in peace, or just float up and down the pool in the large inflatable armchair.

The apartment is situated on the outskirts of the southern French town of Laudun L'Ardoise. We are a very quiet location with a large swimming pool and a great alternative to living in a city centre apartment. There is a regular bus service to Avignon and the apartment would be ideal for wine buffs as we are situated amongst the vineyards of the southern Cotes du Rhone and the wineries of Laudun, Lirac, Tavel and Chateauneuf du Pape. La Soleillade is ideally located to explore all the major sites of Provence. We are located 20 mins from Avignon and Orange, 35 mins from Nimes and Uzes with its renowned Saturday morning Provencal market. Various trips for exploring the lavender fields and wineries can be booked locally and there are numerous sites to keep the children entertained such as the Haribo bonbon museum and the crocodile farm at Pierrlatte. Caesar's Camp in Laudun has magnificent Gallo Roman remains and a wonderful viewing platform over the southern valley of the river Rhone.
