Wonderful Villa in the South of France

Our wonderful Villa is located in the picturesque and quiet village of Roquebrune sur Argens.


The beautiful sand beach of Frejus is only 15 km away. St.Tropez and Cannes are only 30 km away.


The next railway station is located 15 km away in St. Raphael.


Grocery shopping facilities are within 7 min. of walking distance.


The house contains 130 sqm of modern living space.


In the first floor consists of:



  • wardrobe and the guest bath in the entrance area, fax, phone and wifi

  • 2 bedrooms with two beds in each rooms and built in closets

  • 1 bathroom with shower, wc and vanity

  • huge living room with corner sofa, 2 armchairs, table, satelite TV, radio and an open fire place.


Dining room a large expandable table, 6 chairs, a corner cabinet, and a tea wagon, antique dresser dish, with al lot's of dishes and silverware, little dishboard.


Kitchen with gas range (4 hot plate), stove, microwaveoven, dish washer, coffee machine, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, a toaster and a few spices for cooking.


In the storeroom, next to the kitchen there is the fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and other housekeeping stuff


You can access the terraces from all rooms.


On each terrace is an oval table with 6 chairs.


On one of these terraces, there is a barbecue grill.


On the second floor consists of:


1 big bedroom with a double bed and side tables, drawer dresser, a dressing room with a big mirror 


From the bedroom you enter a small secluded terrace, which invites you to sunbath in privacy.


1 bathroom with shower/ bathtub, WC and vanity


The swimming pool located directly behind the house. It is 6 x 12 m, and on the deepest point 9 Feet. Around the pool there are plenty of sunbeds. Bathing towls and cushions you can find in the storeroom, next to the kitchen.


The house is situated on 3.000 sqm area, planted with olivetrees, palms, orleander bushes, lavender and other beautiful flowers.


Free surfaces are left free for the natural flora and offer so many kinds for sports and others activities.


The cottage is fenced and the entrance gated.


Golf course, tennis courts and a playground are in the immediately neighborhood. The addresses for these, a map of the area and the phone number of the housekeeper are located next to the telephone in the house.


All rooms have heaters for the colder seasons.

    “Spitze!! Schönes Haus in einem Villenviertel mit allem drum und dran, einem tollen Pool auf einem grossen, nahezu uneinsehbarem Grundstück. Vom Gartentor aus führen Trampelpfade in zwei große Waldgelände, in denen man gut wandern kann.
    Zum Strand sind es ein paar Kilometer, aber mit dem Auto ist man schnell da. Die Gegend ist phantastisch - Berge, Wälder, Strand, Küstenstrasse von St. Tropez bis Monaco und in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft Honigbauer, Weinbauer, Bäckerei mit vielen kleinen Köstlichkeiten, Supermarkt, Bar, Pizzaservice, Fischhändler, Bankautomat und kleine Händler.
    Perfekt für einen schönen Urlaub. Positiv: Die Vermieterin und der Nachbar. Wir hatten durch Stunden im Stau keine Chance wie vereinbart einzutreffen und kamen erst um 1:30 h nachts an. Aber das war kein Problem, perfekter Service. Auch gab es viele Tipps, sehr, sehr netter Kontakt.
    Es ist alles da. Bequeme Möbel drinnen wie draußen, viel Platz, alle erdenklichen Küchengeräte, Auflagen für Gartenmöbel, Sonnenschirme, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Bücher, der Pool, die Gegend , tolles Wetter und dank verschiedener Terrassen immer die Möglichkeit in der Sonne oder im Schatten zu sein. Urlaub total. Negativ: Nichts! Empfehlung: Families, couples, seniors, groups - Irgendwie für jeden geeignet, aber besonders für Paare und kleine Gruppen bis 6 Personen. Für Kinder und Jugendliche nach meiner Einschätzung eher uninteressant.”

    “Sehr schönes Anwesen mit vielen Extras in der Ausstattung. Freundlicher Empfang durch Nachbar (Schlüssel). Negativ: In Sommermonaten fehlt eine Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen. Eindeutig viel zu heiss und die Hitze geht nicht raus.”
