Das Ferienhaus „Gravijo“ liegt in einer Ferienhausanlage am Dümmer See in Mecklenburg. Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Die Anlage liegt idylisch in einem Naturschutzgebiet, verkehrsgünstig ca. 18 km von der Landeshauptstadt Schwerin und ca. 15 km vom Autobahnabzweig Wittenburg (A24) entfernt.

Es sind zahlreiche Wanderwege in der Näheren Umgebung.

Sie ist eingezäunt und durch ein elektrisch betriebenes Tor gesichert. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf den See. Der Weg vom Haus zum See (Badestelle/ Liegewiese mit Sandstrand) beträgt nur 60m. Dort befinden sich auch die Boots- und Angelstege. Der 7 km lange See ist ein tolles Revier für Angler und aufgrund der guten Wasserqualität auch ein prima Badesee, auch für die kleinsten Gäste.

Das Ferienhaus wurde 2005 neu aufgebaut und 2016- 2018 innen neu renoviert und bietet mit seinen 55qm Wohnfläche Platz für bis zu max. 4 Personen. (6 Schlafplätze)

Mit der Aussicht auf den See fängt der Urlaub und die Entspannung an. Die ca. 27qm große Holzterrasse ist mit Strandkorb und Sitzgruppe ausgestattet. Eine zweite Steinterrasse mit Pavillon befindet sich hinterm Haus. Weiterhin befinden sich auf dem Grundstück ein Carport, ein Außenkamin, ein Feuerkorb, Kinderpool und eine große Sonnenliege.

Die Einrichtung des Hauses lässt wenige Wünsche offen, ob Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle oder andere elektrische Geräte.

Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Schlafcouch und lädt mit TV zum Verweilen ein. Das 1 Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet und das andere mit einem Tagesbett 160 cm Breite im Wintergartenzimmer. Modernes Duschbad mit Fenster inkl. Föhn vorhanden.

Haus ist gut aufgeteilt. zwei Bäder und drei Schlafzimmer, die in unterschiedlichen Etagen aufgeteilt sind. Man hat die anderen nicht gehört. Super Grillplatz (Kohle und Gas) und schöner Pool. Von dem Ferienhaus aus ist mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten in Novigrad, 15 Minuten in Porec und 20 Minuten in Umag. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich etwas außerhalb von Tar in einem kleinen Dorf. Wir können das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.”
