Unser Ferienhaus steht in einer gepflegten Bungalowsiedlung, ganz in der Nähe von Ferchesar und Semlin. Hier können Sie Ihren Urlaub so gestalten wie sie es möchten. Gönnen Sie sich Ruhe & Erholung und erkunden Sie die Schönheiten & Sehenswürdigkeiten des Havellandes. Oder seien Sie aktiv beim wandern, radfahren, bootfahren oder golfen. Ob allein oder im Zusammensein der Familie, Sie werden an diesem idyllischen Fleckchen Erde ganz sicher etwas passendes für sich finden. Bis zum See mit einem Sandstrand und Restaurant/Cafe sind es ca. 200m. Fahrräder (3), ein Ruderboot, Gartenmöbel und Grill sind vorhanden und können frei verwendet werden. Parkplätze gibt es auf dem ca. 600m² großen Grundstück. Zur hochwertigen Ausstattung des ca. 70m² Ferienhauses zählen bspw. ein Kamin, Waschmaschine, Flat-TV mit SAT-Empfang, Radio/CD, Ceranherd/Backofen, Gefrierschrank und Mikrowelle. Ein Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl können gern kostenfrei bestellt werden.

Umgeben von Wiesen und Wäldern lädt Ferchesar seine Urlauber ein, die Seele baumeln zu lassen und die Natur des westlichen Havellandes zu genießen. Rathenow als nächstgrößere Stadt ist ca. 12km entfernt. Ab Rathenow bestehen Bahnverbindungen nach Berlin (ca. 70km), Brandenburg/Havel (ca. 35km) oder Potsdam (ca. 70 km).

    Für Hunde prima komplett eingezäuntes Grundstück mit einer großen Terrasse, die extra eingezäunt ist.
    Super war auch, das ein Ruderboot zur Verfügung stand.”

    “Bungalow in Ordnung. Parkplatz am Grundstück. Schlecht für große PKW rein und raus zu kommen. Positiv: Ruhig am Waldesrand Negativ: Gastronomie wie im Internet angegeben gibt es in diesem Ort Ferchesar nicht mehr. Alles geschlossen. Auch die Gastronomie in der Umgebung hat nicht jeden Tag geöffnet. Man ist somit gezwungen mit dem Auto weitere Strecken zurück zu legen. Das Eiskaffee ist nur Freitag bis Sonntag geöffnet. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Gastronomie in Semlin, welche sich Seeterrasse nennt. Hat aber auch nur von Freitag bis Sonntag ab 11 Uhr geöffnet.”
