This lovely independent holiday home with a panoramic terrace and breath-taking sea view, is quietly located on an open plot, on the road to Conca (GR20), just 700 m from the beautiful sandy beach of Favone. The sun is just rises on the large terrace, a perfect place to enjoy your breakfast, whilst facing the sea view.
This small residence comprising of 4 independent houses on common land is very quiet, set back from the main road. Flowers and greenery surround the house, which has two beautiful bedrooms and a large living room.
A few minutes by car you will discover Sari Solenzara or even Ste Lucie de Porto Vecchio, Porto Vecchio and its paradise beaches. If you choose the mountain side, you can swim in the turquoise freshwater pools of Cavu or hike through pine forests to discover the magnificent Corsican landscapes.
The surrounding activities are numerous such as horse riding at 8km, boat trips in Solenzara at 7km, the adventure park of St. Lucia at 10km, or even the famous 18-hole golf course of Sperone at 63km away, known to be one of the most beautiful golf courses in the world.
