This beautiful stone house is located at the centre of Istria. This house is built in traditional style and comfortably furnished with attention to details. You can relax in the garden with a fabulous swimming pool and an infrared sauna. There are three residential units on this property. There is a main house and two smaller houses, each with a bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen. Each bedroom in the main house has an attached bathroom. The property is surrounded by beautiful nature and is located in a small village just 15 minutes away from Rovinj and Porec by car. The cities, Rovinj and Porec, have a lot of wonderful beaches. The friendly landlord receives the guests with a welcome kit. Do enjoy a relaxing holiday in this oasis and explore the beauty of Istria. The minimum height of the ceiling in the loft is 1.4 metres.

    “Ein absolut bezauberndes Haus, das -wenn man alte Häuser mag - einen sofort in den Bann zieht. Die Besitzer haben es sehr gut renoviert, aber die "Seele" dieses Hauses ist geblieben mit vielen kleinen und großen Kostbarkeiten.
    Das große und eingezäunte Grundstück war ein Paradies für unsere beiden Hunde. Und im Garten gab es ganz viele Obstbäume, Feigen, Pfirsiche und auchTomaten etc.
    Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt.”

    “Das Haus ist sehr ansprechend, eben typisch istrianischer Baustil. Sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, Sauna ist vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht genutzt (war einfach sowieso warm). Alle wichtigen Räume mit Klimaanlage, gute Ausstattung der Küche im Haupthaus, kein Geschirr in den Nebenhäusern. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und riesig, unsere Hunde konnten auch ohne große Überwachung rumtollen, ringsum ist der Garten mit einer landestypischen Trockenmauer umzäunt. Der Pool könnte etwas größer sein, ist aber sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Fazit: Das Anwesen ist gerade für Urlaub mit Hund sehr empfehlenswert.”
