Given the location, it is the ideal spot to explore the East and West of the island of Crete Built on a plot of 15000 m2 surrounded by trees, wild vegetation such as spinach tomatoes and and the beach. The combination of tranquility, proximity to the Mediterranean sea, the wonderful climate in Crete and all facilities in and around the house, this house is ideal to stay here in the summer or the winter. There is a lot of space for children to play, and also for the adults who want to enjoy the sound of the sea in the evening and the beautiful sunsets. The house has 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, all of them with sea view having a private bathroom with shower 2 levels building having a Private pool on the ground floor and an outdoor 20 turbo jets 4 persons relaxing Jacuzzi in a spacious veranda. In total there is space for up to 21 people. 17 persons in bedrooms and 4 people can sleep in the living room on large comfortable sofas The living area is furthermore a fireplace which allows the use of the villa in winter in addition with the A/C heating cooling system. The spacious living room gives you a fantastic view of the Mediterranean sea and the private swimming pool There are two kitchens, one in each floor ,with all usual appliances, fully equipped with everything a household would require. At the entrance to the villa there is a wood-fired BBQ so you can enjoy with friends or family them balmy evenings.

It is also a great place for those seeking a quiet vacation spot, but want to be not too far from the cosmopolitan Hersonissos and the famous Heraklion with the Archaeological, history and Natural history Museum of Crete along with the 4000 bc dated ancient palace of Knossos.
