Shower/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) living/dining room 20 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Balcony 5 m2, terrace 25 m2, terrace 5 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free).

Beautiful single-family house "Bernardi", 2 storeys. In the district of Lumbardijsko Račišće 1.5 km from the centre of Lumbarda, in a sunny position on a slope, 15 m from the sea, 15 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: property 550 m2 (fenced). Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, sandy beach 2 km pebble beach 2 km, concrete beach 15 m. The house is situated in a nice, quiet bay. Stairs leading from the house over the small local cul-de-sac street to the concrete beach.

    “Wir waren im Juli/August in diesem sehr schön gelegenen Ferienhaus. Es liegt an einer wenig befahrenen Seitenstrasse zu einem Wohngebiet mit Eigenheimen und Ferienwohnungen und -häusern.
    Die Lage und der Ausblick sind sehr schön, auch der Weg über die kleine Straße zum Felsstrand ist wirklich kurz und lädt zum "Schnell-mal-Baden-gehen" ein.
    Das Haus selbst sieht von außen ganz nett aus ist aber im Inneren sehr in die Jahre gekommen und weist einen typisch kroatisch miserablen Reinigungszustand auf. Zum Glück waren wir nur 4 Personen und mussten den unteren separaten Teil nicht nutzen - hier roch es permanent nach Abfluss, definitiv nicht so schön.
    Die Klimaanlage im Wohnraum kann bei geöffneten Türen auch im Rest der oberen Wohnung ein erträgliches Temperaturniveau erzeugen, dann empfiehlt sich aber ein Pullover im Wohnraum.
    Der Rest der Ausstattung ist rein funktional und geradeso ok.

    “Met 6 personen in dit huis verbleven, ligging prima, interieur bijzaak, in juli speelt het leven zich buiten af. Ligging aan zee prima, terras met schaduw en mooi uitzicht op zee.
    Wat tegenviel waren de warme slaapkamers, geen ventilatoren.
    In de woonkamer wel airco, uiteindelijk zijn we daar maar gaan slapen met de deur open naar de andere slaapkamer zodat daar ook enige verkoeling optrad.Leek ons niet echt de bedoeling.
    Slaapkamer op de benedenverdieping was minder warm.
    Helaas geen internet.”
