In a unique seafront location, HOUSE LIBECCIO is a studio apartment with a big terrace located in the residential complex of Punta Rospo just a few minutes from the seaside village of Moneglia. Immersed in nature, in front of a jagged and rocky coast, the house is ideal for a relaxing holiday and is the ideal starting point to visit Genoa with the Aquarium and its monuments, the hinterland and the slate quarries and for excursions to the Cinque Terre. The hills that descend towards the sea offer walks in the countryside on foot, by mountain bike or on horseback. Summer in Moneglia is full of shows and gastronomic events. ATTENTION: the house can only be reached by car
the house is located between two tunnels, so the car is essential because it is not possible to cross the tunnel by foot

50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
