We rent our beautiful 2-bedroom apartment with a breathtaking view, located near the old town of Villefranche. It is completely furnished and equipped!
The gated complex also has a private and secured parking-spot and a community pool.

The apartment is located above the old town of Villefranche sur Mer, in a well maintained
and secured luxury residence, which has secured parking and a community pool.
The 65 m2 apartment is fully equipped and furnished. You sleep in one of the two comfortable french- double beds (2m x 1.60m and 2m x 1.40m). The property has furnishings such as a washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery in sufficient numbers, wifi, terrace furniture, towels, toaster, kettle, bed linen, etc.
We will be happy to provide you with a Nespresso machine and capsules.
The apartment has 2 terraces with garden furniture (about 10m ²). From the terrace you have a unique panorama over the peninsula Cap Ferrat and the bay of Villefranche sur Mer as well as the old town. The complex has a guard, a community pool (which is never crowded even in summer), private parking and a Mediterranean park. The entire area, including the pool and park is illuminated at night (if someone still wants to swim a few laps in the late evening). The pool is not heated, but can easily be used from late May to late September. It is open all year for those who just want to relax and unwind in the sun by the pool.

In the old town of Villefranche (about 15 minutes by walking) you will find numerous grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, bars and souvenir shops.
Directly in front of the residence you have a bus stop with very good connections to Nice, Cap Ferrat, Menton, Eze and Monaco (bus-lines 100 and 81 every 10 to 15 minutes). You can easily explore the whole Cote d'Azur from here without a car. If you prefer to travel by car, private parking is available. The train station is about 10 minutes away on foot. From there you will come to Ventimiglia, Cannes, St Tropez, Marseilles.We also offer long-term rental (between October and April) with discounted prices. Please contact us for more information.

    “The apartment was just great and the view from the balcony was just amazing. The apartment was equipped with all the necessities you could wish for and the shared pool was a real bonus.

    The apartment is situated close to a bus stop which stretches from Nice to Menton so good way to get around and there is also the train nearby as well which can get you to all resorts along the Cote d Azur.

    The apartment itself is situated in the hillside so it's about a 10-15 minute walk down to the town/ beaches, beware though it's quite a climb back up so for the less abled or with families with small children you may want to consider hiring a car to get around.”
