1 Schlafzimmer (kleines Doppel ca. 1,40 m). Wohnzimmer mit Kamin-Ofen. Wohnzimmer mit kleinem Flatscreen-TV (ca. 20 deutsche Sender; kein irisches TV). Kombiniertes Wohn/Esszimmer/Küche (ein Raum), Küche mit Ceran-Herd, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher. Kleine Sauna. Bad mit begehbarer Dusche und WC. Öl-ZH. Laminat/Fliesenboden. Kein Teppichboden. Nichtraucherhaus. Keine Haustiere erlaubt.
Garten mit Gartenmöbeln. Offenes Grundstück, nicht eingezäunt mit Nachbarhaus auf dem Grundstück. Parken möglich.
