The beaches of Betlem, Son Serra Marina, Can Picafort, Playa de Muro or Cala Ratjada are about 10 to 25 minutes away from the villa.

The house has been completely reformed in a chic light modern design using a creative comfortable style of furnishings and decoration.

The area preserves the beauty of the typical residential old summer houses overlooking the sea, surrounded by small calas.

Located in the pretty town of Betlem it offers great views to the bay of Alcudia, it is very near to Arta where you can go for shopping or to the market on Tuesdays, a town full of quality restaurants, also Son Serra Marina a famous windsurfing and kite surfing beach with popular restaurants open all year around.

The closest large beaches are situated only 10 to 15 minutes away. All services you might need like shops, pharmacies, bars, bakeries, supermarkets are in Betlem and Colonia San Pedro.


The house is situated only meters from the sea, total build area of 240sqm plus a large front terrace with garden and parking, it is very well finished and decorated. It retains the charm and style of a seaside retreat furnished with a high touch of creativity and taste.

It consists of a beautiful living area with an open sea-view on most of its perimeter, there are three double rooms with en suite bathrooms, a very well equipped kitchen and a terrace that is overlooking the pool and sea. There is a pleasant dark wood floor throughout the house. Modern, abstract art complements the style of furniture.

The lounge and dining area is open plan with satellite tv. There are various outside areas to enjoy. There is a large swimming pool surrounded by decking and grass, with sunloungers.

The front porch terrace is equipped with BBQ, seating area with dining table and chairs for relaxing or socialising with your partner, family and friends.
