Dieses Landhaus aus Natursteinen wurde umfangreich renoviert, aber es hat seinen typisch mallorquinischen Charme wunderbar beibehalten. Rund um das Anwesen gibt es einen Garten mit mediterranen Pflanzen und Bäumen, verschiedene möblierte Terrassen und Sitzmöglichkeiten und natürlich einen grossen Pool, der zur Sicherheit Ihrer Kinder umzäunt wurde. Der Wohnbereich im Inneren des Hauses befindet sich auf zwei Ebenen: Die obere Etage verfügt über einen Wohn- Essraum mit integrierter voll ausgestatteter Küche, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem offenen Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und einer grossen Terrasse. Das Badezimmer liegt an der Treppe, die in die untere Etage führt. Der ebenerdige Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Wohn- Esszimmer, von dem zwei Einzelschlafzimmer abgehen. Ferner gibt es noch die alte urige Küche, wo Sie sehen, wie die Mallorquiner frührer gelebt haben. Nur von aussen zugänglich steht Ihnen eine weitere typisch mallorquinische Küche zur Verfügung, die ebenfalls voll ausgestattet ist (der Geschirrspüler befindet sich allerdings in der Küche in der oberen Etage) Von dieser Küche aus gelagen Sie in ein vollständig renoviertes Duschbad.
