Das Apartment "Silvaner" in Swinemünde befindet sich in einem ruhigen Stadtviertel in einem modernen Haus gelegen, das im 2010 fertiggestellt wurde und Teil der „Platan Complex”-Anlage ist. In unmittelbarer Nähe des „Platan Complex” befinden sich ein Fitnessstudio, ein Thai-Massage-Studio und ein Fahrradverleih. In der Nähe befinden sich Geschäfte wie Biedronka-Supermarkt oder LIDL, sowie ein breites gastronomisches Angebot an zahlreichen Bars und Restaurants.
Außerdem liegt die Wohnung nur 700 Meter vom deutsch-polnischen Grenzübergang entfernt. Auch der nahegelegene UBB-Bahnhof ermöglicht es Ihnen, bequem nach Deutschland zu reisen.
