The fenced outdoor area (5000 m) has a pool area with sun loungers and umbrellas. A cozy gazebo gives you the opportunity to enjoy your meals comfortably in the garden. At your disposal there is a barbecue. A fun and colorful play corner awaits the children. The house on 3 levels consists of a spacious kitchen-living room on the first floor with direct access to the garden. On the second floor there is a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. On the second floor there is a double bedroom, a triple bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom. Ideal destination for cycling enthusiasts: wide choice of routes with different levels of difficulty, for lovers of long nature walks. Just 3 km from Fiorenzuola di Focara, a small village of Roman origin, there are testimonies of its history, ruins of the city walls, medieval gates and the bell tower of the church of Sant'Andrea. Those who are looking for a paradise, from the village you can reach, through paths in the nature, the wonderful beach with its wild beauty. Wellness lovers can reach the thermal baths of Riccione (18 km). Sea lovers can spend wonderful days by the sea: the beaches of Cattolica (11 km), Pesaro (11 km) or Gabicce Mare (8 km). For art lovers we recommend Gradara Castle (6 km) and the Republic of San Marino (40 km). In the surrounding area there are the most famous theme and amusement parks.
