Family Villa with private pool at the beach and town
Our villa is located in Las Terrenas, Samana on playa las Ballenas , just a 3 minute walk from the beach.
And a 5 minute walk to the town with all it bars and restaurants.
The villa is located in a gated community with 10 other villas, where mainly Europeans or Americans live.
Our house can sleep 8 people and is perfect for families or friends who seek a quiet relaxing getaway. The nice sized porch is ideal for family gathering and the private pool & yard are great for relaxation. In total there are 4 bedrooms. One bedroom is on the ground floor and has a private full bathroom. The 3 other bedrooms are on the first floor and have a shared family bathroom. There are two independent half bathrooms ( Toilet + sink). All bedrooms have AC. Cleaning is included 2 times a week.
Huge outside terrace with ceiling fans. Outside dining area. Private pool with ambient light.
One baby crib available ( pack & play crib). If you require a taxi pick up ( Minivan with AC and Wifi) at the airport please let us know so we can arrange it for you.
The beach is just a 3 minute walk. Many water activities like paddle, diving, snorkeling, kite and surfing.
The town is a 10 minute walk where you can find plenty of shopping, restaurants, bars. Two supermarkets deliver for free at the villa and there are also plenty of options for food delivery at the house. Also many excursions to the waterfall limon, Los Haitises park, Atv tours on the coffee road are offered at the villa. A tour operator in town will pick you up at the villa.

Cancellation ist possible according to the general terms and conditions of the provider e-domizil AG .
20% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 61st day prior to arrival
50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
