The holiday home is located in picturesque Muros de Nalón. The house is just 5 minutes walk from the town main square which provides services like bakery, butcher, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and its market on Saturdays with local products.
Single-family semi-detached house with a recently built garden and 3 bedrooms distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a fitted kitchen, cosy living-dining room with fireplace through which you can access the porch and garden located in the back of the house. A bathroom and bedroom with access to the garden are also located on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The holiday home is fully furnished and equipped. Equipment and inventory of the house: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge, TV, sheets, quilts and towels for 6 people. 2 sunbeds and 2 beach chairs, table and set of deck chairs, dining table for 6 people, toaster, coffee maker, water heater, vacuum cleaner, grocer, barbecue, highchair, kitchen utensils and cutlery for 6 people
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue, a sunshade, two garden chairs and two deck beds. There is a private garden as well on the front as the back side of the house. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children.
There is travel bed and high chair available for children.
The holiday home is located on less than 2 km distance of the untouched green coastline of Asturias with cliffs and stunning beaches like Playa del Aguilar.
