Holiday Apartment in Oberselk with Private Parking

This is a holiday apartment with generous living space. It is on the first floor with a view of greenery and the Selker Noor. It has two bedrooms, a spacious living room-kitchen with a dining space, and a bathroom with a bath and two washbasins. The living room has a little adjoining porch with a view of greenery. The accommodation is suitable for four adults and one child. The open kitchen is equipped with a stove, a fridge, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle, crockery and cookware, cutlery and glasses. There are two bedrooms, both with two single beds (90 x 200cm). A supplementary bed for a child (up to 11 years old) can be provided free of charge.



There is a garden with a grill and three car parking spaces are available.

    “Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung ihr Geld wert. Kleine Abstriche sind jedoch anzumerken: Ein Kochtopf stand schmutzig im Schrank (wurde von uns gereinigt), sehr fettige Dunstabzugshaube, die Raumbeleuchtung ist durchweg sehr unterdimensioniert, fehlende Gardinen im Esszimmer (dadurch ist die Abendsonne sehr störend beim Essen); der Spiegel im Badezimmer ist nur für Personen ab 1,65 m einsehbar (war für meine Frau und meine Schwiegermutter sehr störend, da sie beide ca. 1,50 m sind). Der Grillplatz/Unterstand ist super gestaltet, der Standort ist leider ungünstig gewählt, da er impliziert, dass er zu der davorliegenden Wohnung gehört. Man fühlte sich dort nicht wohl, wenn die Bewohner dieser Wohnung auch zugegen waren.”
