Villa with a pool terrace and a view of the sea and the mountains
This well-equipped house is in the little village of Veliko Brdo, just a few kilometres to the north of the town of Makarska in central Dalmatia.
This holiday residence is characterised by an accomplished combination of traditional and modern interior elements. Light and warm colours make the rooms appear bigger and particularly pleasant. The 120m² provides plenty of space for five people. On the lower floor there are the two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200cm). Both bedrooms have their own bathroom and balconies with a great sea view, as well as air conditioning. On the floor above it there is a living room with a big corner sofa, a dining space and a fully-equipped kitchen. The latter provides a four-ring hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. A supplementary bed for a fifth person can be set up in the living room. There is also a toilet on this floor.
The outdoor area has a spacious sun terrace, separated from another terrace by steps. There is also a pool with several sun loungers. Terrace furniture and a barbecue are provided. Enjoy the pleasant evenings on the terrace with a good meal and fine wine.
The apartment has satellite TV and wireless Internet access.
The villa is on the slopes of the Biokovo mountain. The surroundings are characterised by abundant nature and the elevated location affords unforgettable views of the sea and the islands. It is about 1.5km to the sea. There are shops in Makarska 4km away.
