The house is furnished with care and sobriety and offers five bedrooms (2 with sea view), a spacious kitchen with sea view, a living room with TV, and a fitness room with sea view equipped with treadmill and exercise bike. On the ground floor at the back there is a nice space equipped and equipped with all the comforts for outdoor dining. From here a spiral staircase leads to a fabulous terrace overlooking the seafront of Castellammare di Stabia, equipped with deck chairs, table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful sunsets. Its location in the center of Castellammare di Stabia is strategic, from here you can reach the port just 400 meters with embarkment to Capri island. Pompeii 4 km, Sorrento 12 km and Amalfi 16 km.
