Die Küche liegt im ersten Stockwerk und bietet Backofen, Gasherd mit vier Kochstellen, Dunstabzugshaube, Arbeitsfläche, 80-Liter-Kühlschrank und selbstverständlich Koch- und Essgeschirr. Ein Esstisch mit vier Stühlen ermöglicht gemeinsames Essen.
Im direkten Umfeld der Bed & Breakfast Anlage stehen sowohl kostenlose als auch kostenpflichtige Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Aufgrund der Lage inmitten der Altstadt von Assisi können sowohl Lebensmittelgeschäfte als auch Restaurants schnell erreicht werden. Der nächstgelegene Bahnhof liegt ca. 3 km entfernt, während es bis zum Flughafen in Perugia ca. 7 km sind.
