Welcome to villa Yania, a beautiful newly built villa located in Liznjan, only 900 meters from the sea. This enchanting villa will provide you with everything you want to experience during your vacation - relaxation, entertainment by the beautiful pool and sunbathing. Villa Yania extends over two floors, and its interior is simple, modern and refined. On the ground floor there are kitchen, dining room and living room, while on the upper floor there are four beautifully decorated, air conditioned bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own balcony, from which you can enjoy the sea view. Villa Yania has two bathrooms with toilet, shower and bidet and one separate toilet. Families with small children have the option of using a free baby cot.

50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the day prior to arrival
100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
