Residence offers its guests the tranquility and relaxation of a villa surrounded by greenery on a hill overlooking Punta Tresino, just a few steps from the beach of the Gulf of Agropoli, which bears the eco-label "Blue Flag" belongs to the community of Laureana Cilento. The dependance of about 40 sq m and with independent entrance (ideal for 4 people), crowning point of this residence, is situated after the suggestive swimming-pool among thick olivegroves and a green oak plantation. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.

Outdoor pool (11 m x 15 m, depth 3,10 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the end of September.  A fascinating reconstruction of a natural lake with rocks a small waterfall and beach corner effect.
