Experience a wonderful holiday in this dream place! Located in Egmond aan den Hoef near the beach on a new recreation park, adjacent to the protected North Holland Dune Reserve. This dune villa is built with high-quality materials and is beautifully finished. Equipped with a modern and light interior and equipped with a lot of luxury. The living room with open kitchen, cozy dining area and fireplace has French doors to the terrace with a view of a dune lake. There is also an outdoor fireplace on the terrace. Via the stairs in the living room you reach the first floor with three double bedrooms with comfortable beds. The bedrooms are equipped with shutters. You can also relax in your own sauna in the bathroom! “Please note: 1 parking space is available next to the mill.” At the entrance of the park there is a beautiful authentic mill where you can enjoy a drink or snack. For daily shopping you will find a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher and a fishmonger within walking distance.Egmond has a real family beach with a length of no less than 8 kilometers. In the vicinity of the house, nature offers you a varied landscape. The beautiful lighthouse is an attraction in itself. You are also close to the picturesque artists' village of Bergen and the city of Alkmaar for a day of shopping.

    “Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf Haus Nr.6 im Duinpark. Die übrigen Häuser sind im Grundriss identisch, aber in der Ausstattung unterschiedlich.
    Das Ferienhaus ist hochwertig ausgestattet und bietet für eine Familie mit vier Personen reichlich Platz. Es gibt einen Esstisch, eine Sitzgrupe innen und eine Sitzgruppe außen, die jeweils für sechs Personen geeignet sind. Die Schlafräume sind klein, aber ausreichend. Schade ist, dass eines der Schlafzimmer keinen Schrank hat. Die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet. Die vorhandenen Anleitungen für alle Geräte haben wir leider erst am letzten Tag entdeckt. In einem abgetrennten Raum stehen Waschmaschine, Trockner, Staubsauger und Elektrogrill zur Verfügung. Die WLAN-Versorgung ist gut und verkraftet auch vier gleichzeitige Benutzer ohne nennenswerte Probleme.
    Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, hier noch einmal einen Urlaub zu verbringen.”
