Gemütliches Ferienhaus in Karatorp

Zum Bootsplatz am Åsnen sind es ca. 300 Meter und der Badeplatz mit Sandstrand liegt nur ca. 1000 Meter entfernt. Egal ob Familienurlaub, Angelurlaub oder einfach nur zur Erholung, in diesem Haus ist all dies möglich!



Dieses Ferienhaus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und die Küche mit Essbereich. Im Obergeschoss findet sich das Wohnzimmer, die Küche mit Essbereich, ein Schlafzimmer und das Bad. Auf dem großen Grundstück lässt es sich gemütlich verweilen.



Wichtiger Hinweis: Abweichend der Preisangaben, kann die Kaution leider nicht vor Ort gezahlt werden. Diese wird nach Bestätigung der Buchung direkt an den Vermieter überweisen. Sie erhalten dazu separat genauere Informationen per Email vom Vermieter. Die Kaution wird nach der Abreise erstattet. Dies geschieht nicht automatisch! Damit der Vermieter die Kaution erstatten können, schicken Sie ihm bitte nach erfolgter Abreise eine Email mit Ihrer IBAN- und BIC- Nummer, so wie Name, gebuchtes Ferienhaus und Zeitraum. Die Erstattung der Kaution erfolgt dann innerhalb von ca. 14 Tagen. Die Kaution muss spätestens 90 Tage nach Abreise zurückgefordert werden, später angeforderte Kautionserstattungen können nicht mehr berücksichtigt werden.
