This comfortable holiday house is situated in the little village Hem in Noord-Holland, between Hoorn and Enkhuizen, with a wonderful view over pastures. The house stands on its own land of 30,000m², in a quiet location but central location, still within convenient access of everything.
Our well-equipped apartment can accommodate four people. It has a big living and dining room with an open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave and fridge with a little freezer. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The first floor consists of a bedroom with two single beds. Satellite TV and free Wi-Fi are available. The price includes shower and hand towels, bed linen and tea towels.
The living room opens onto the roofed terrace with a view of meadows, ideal for sitting outside and enjoying the peace and quiet. The garden is fully fenced. You can park your bicycles in the garage. There is a free private parking space for your car.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the house. Unaccompanied youths under 25 years of age are not allowed. The property is not wheelchair accessible.
The apartment is in a central location. It is a fantastic starting point for beautiful trips to the surrounding villages Hoorn and Enkhuizen and for cycling and walking. It is just five minutes from Ijsselmeer and the beach. A visit to the Zuiderzeemuseum is a family experience, a great museum for all ages. Children can entertain themselves at the Speelstad Fee. There is a cheese market every Friday in Alkmaar, just 20 minutes from the apartment. Amsterdam is just 30 minutes away by car or by train. This is just some of what awaits you here.
