A place where one could experience the Lanzarote lifestyle surrounded by locals while enjoying the numerous good seafood restaurants along the coast. The 8 apartments, 4 of which are in the ground floor are all fully equipped and comfortable, perfectly set to enjoy Arrieta´s relaxing and peaceful atmosphere or else to start your adventure and explore the island. Vistamar apartments enjoys a privileged location and great views of the Atlantic ocean from your own private terrace. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a master Suite with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and terrace with a pleasant Ocean view. The kitchen is well equipped to enjoy your holidays and your favourite meals just as if you were at home.Sleeps maximum 4 persons in each apartmentArrieta is a great base to visit the north of the island. Very close to sandy beaches such as La Garita (10 mins on foot from La Marea Apartment) or Caleton Blanco in Orzola. Easy access to the island of La Graciosa, and to some of the main tourist attractions of Lanzarote such as Jameos del Agua, Cueva de los verdes, Mirador del río or el Jardin de Cactus. The closest village to Arrieta is Punta Mujeres. This small town is full of natural rocky swimming pools and a long promenade along the coast with access to the sea.Many treasures are hidden within a short distance from our holiday complex ready to be explored. The apartment is perfect for active tourism, you will be able to enjoy great activities that will make your stay unforgettable like surf, snorkeling, world class dives, kitesurf, windsurf, run, hike, bike, mountain-bike, 4x4 tours, sailing and more. Feel free to ask me for suggestions regarding food, adventure or places to visit. I can also help arrange your car or bike hire and even transfers to and from the airport. I will be more than pleased to assist you.

20% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 61st day prior to arrival
50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.

    “Hospitality from Karen & Braulio very friendly. Appertment very clean. Only one thing we arrived groundfloor appartment. there came many cats inside and on the terras. The reason was every day between 1915 - 19450)came woman with car (Skoda 1812JCM) . She as alway big bag catfood. We counted around 25 cats every day come more and more opposite the appartments. Braulio and Karen said this is problem on whole island gouvernment have to solve this.
    Directly we got an appartment above from Braulio and Karen. They were very friendly and gave very good service.”

    “Dear Harish, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review and very pleased to hear that you have enjoyed your stay with us. We try very hard to exceed our clients expectations! We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the cats. This is an issue all around Lanzarote and not much can be done. The woman is being sent by the local council to keep the cats healthy and they are also being sprayed to control the cat population around the island. Some clients from the surroundings feel sorry for the cats and feed them and we are trying hard to stop this. Thank you once again for your comments, it was a pleasure to have you both with us, Regards, Braulio & Karen”
