The high ceilings and large panoramic windows provide a great deal of light and a wonderfully spacious living.

From here you have access to the 12 sqm terrace where you can relax, sunbathe and enjoy a barbecue. In addition to high-quality garden furniture there is also a beach chair available, which completes the maritime Baltic Sea holiday flair. In winter, the flickering fire conjures a particularly cozy nuclear sphere Scandinavian fireplace in the living area.

The spa on the ground floor is your private, small wellness paradise where you can relax in the modern infrared sauna. In addition, you have a Wi - Fi connection and a telephone line for domestic telephone landlines free of charge.
