The house itself is just 10m from the water’s edge and is discretely hidden by mature trees and glorious wildflowers ensuring that guests have privacy whilst still enjoying the superb views across the water whether from the easy armchairs on the terrace or one of the sunbeds on the decking of the swimming pool.

With is contemporary interior and highly practical and generously proportioned exterior space ,this beachfront villa is aesthetically pleasing to the eye from whatever angle you favor your holiday choice from.
It has been carefully designed as a spacious and comfortable holiday home leaving guests feeling refreshed by its bright and airy design. The ground floor has the most wonderful garden and sea views through large glass windows.

The first thing you notice when you enter this fantastic home is the spacious living room decorated with high quality furniture and large glass windows around that allow you to enjoy the infinite blue of the sea and the beauty of the Greek sky.
Also on the ground floor there is a modern kitchen which leads directly off the dining area and is fully equipped with everything a comfortable home needs.
There is also a twin bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs find two modern bedrooms with king size beds ,the bed positioning allows you to take in views of the Mediterranean and a beautiful sunsets from within the bed.
A large balcony helps you to enjoy the amazing melody of the waves and at night the illuminated coastline from Agios Nikitas village stretching like a painting in front of you. The lighted pool and garden completes the picture of absolute tranquility.
The pool facing the amazing beach and the crystal clear waters of the sea. Fully equipped with commode deck chairs and umbrellas for eight people along with an outdoor shower to help you to enjoy the warmth of Lefkas sun.

The swimming pool is set just 5 m from the water’s edge, swimming will be a wonderful mix of the lush green of the garden and the brilliant blue of the Mediterranean. It is guaranteed you will spend long lazy afternoons lying in the sun, enjoying a refreshing drink and taking in the gorgeous view across the sea to Agios Nikitas village.

The perfect location, Step off the property onto the beach. or a gentle stroll to the local village and a 10 minute car journey to Lefkas centre. Breath-taking views, not too far away and not too close.

Approximately a 30 minute drive to Preveza airport, and 1 hour 30 minutes from the port of Igoumenitsa.

LEFKAS nestles away in the center of the main Ionian Islands and is the only island linked to mainland Greece. A swing bridge gives easy access by road, with the newly extended and refurbished airport of Preveza about a 30 minute drive. The island and the surrounding area has a lot to offer, anything from sailing, windsurfing, cycling, scuba-diving, walking, exploring ancient archaeological sites or just that lazy beach holiday.

You will probably find some of the most picturesque views around, looking out from the calmer waters of the East coast overlooking the famous Onassis island of Scorpios, the other islands and mainland Greece and in contrast, on the west coast you will find the best beaches and most spectacular sunsets.

LEFKAS maintains its charm because of the strict building laws, which do not allow high storey blocks.

Groceries and tavernas can be found in the village of Agios Nikitas, a 2 minute drive away... or just a ten minute walk!
