This beautiful three bedroom holiday villa benefits from a superb view of the surrounding scenery, as well as the Mediterranean Sea in the distance. It boasts a beautifully decorated interior, which is spread across two storeys. The ground floor includes a spacious living area, a well-equipped kitchen, a WC and a master bedroom, complete with dressing area, bathroom and WC. Upstairs, the property includes two bedrooms, a bathroom and a WC. Most of the rooms benefit from large windows, which look onto the pretty landscape that surrounds the house.

The terrace is arguably the best spot from which to enjoy these views, as well as the lovely Provençal climate. Situated just below the terrace is the swimming pool, which is equipped with a solar shower and salt treatment to ensure that water remains nice and healthy. A selection of sun loungers surround the pool, which ensures that it is an ideal setting for relaxing afternoons spent enjoying the Provençal sun.

The nearest golf course, in Valcros, is just 1km from the property and the 3km long sandy beach in La Londe les Maures is roughly 7km away. The beach is located close to the Golden Islands (Porquerolles, Port Cros, Ile du Levant), which can be accessed by taking the shuttles from Port Miramar. La Londe also offers several hiking trails, water sports and sells a wonderful selection of local olive oil and wine, which you can purchase in the Provençal market.

    “Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer Feriensiedlung in Hanglage. Der Ausblick ins Tal ist sehr schön. Das Objekt ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Außenanlage ist mit schönen mediteranen Pflanzen gestaltet. Der Pool ist wohltempariert und lädt zum schwimmen ein. Kleine Nieschen auf der Terasse bieten Schatten um entspannt ein Buch zu lesen.

    Etwas muss man aufpassen wegen der Ameisen. Sie kommen auch gerne ins Haus.

    Es wäre schön, wenn man das Haus und auch manche Möbel etwas mehr pflegen bzw. anstehende kleine Sanierungen vornehmen würde.

    Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Vielen Dank an die netten Vermieter.”

    “Ein sehr schönes Haus, schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es ist großzügig angelegt, es kommt kein Gefühl der Enge auf. Der Garten ist sehr liebevoll angelegt.
    Pool mit Liegen ebenfalls sehr schön. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse, es ist sehr ruhig, und man hat eine weite Sicht bis zum Meer. Es gibt zahlreiche Sitzecken, so dass man immer seine Freiräume findet.
    Ein richtig schöner Platz um Auszuspannen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen.
    Wir haben den Urlaub dort sehr genossen. Es hat sich voll gelohnt.”

    “Wir reisen seit Jahren nach Südfrankreich, immer in ein anders Haus, da wir nie vollends zufrieden waren. In dieses Haus würden wir jedoch zurückkehren, da hier wirklich alles gestimmt hat.

    Kleinkinder muss man jedoch im Auge behalten. Es führen 2 Treppen zum Pool, die nicht abgesperrt sind.
    Sauberkeit und Ausstattung top. 3 Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage. Wohnzimmer und Küche ohne Klimaanlage, deswegen Türen geschlossen halten, damit die Hitze nicht eindringen kann.

    Handtücher wurden mit gebuchtem Bettzeug zur Verfügung gestellt.

    Eigentümer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ruhig gelegen in den "Hollywood Hills" ;-)

    Strom und Wasserkosten sind selbst zu bezahlen!

    Wenn wir noch einmal in dieser Konstellation (2 Paare, 4 Kinder) reisen, kehren wir bestimmt hierhin zurück.”
