The apartment is situated centrally about 150 metres from the Weberwiese underground station (U5- four stops to Alexanderplatz) and about 300 metres from the tram stop (M10 runs directly into the centre of Prenzlauer Berg).
This apartment is second to none. It has been charmingly furnished with attention to detail and you will feel set back in time. The refuge consists of two rooms (living room-bedroom, kitchen-diner), separated by a curtain. It is a tastefully converted little shop on the ground floor, with blinds that can be rolled down. It is suitable for two people and a child free of charge (up to 14 years old), with a double bed (140 x 200cm) and a single bed (100 x 200cm). The kitchen is equipped with two cooking rings, a microwave, toaster, grill, kettle, dishwasher and fridge. The bathroom has a shower and WC.
Parking spaces are available nearby without a residents permit. There are further payable parking spaces at a parking deck about 50 metres away.
Please note that arrivals are until 21.00. Arrivals are not possible on 24.12. and 31.12.
The east train station is about a five-minute drive away. The well-known Karl-Marx-Allee (Stalinallee) is 100 metres away, with gastronomy. The well-known Simon-Dach-Strasse, the scenic mile of Friedrichshain, is about a ten-minute walk away.
