Quietly located ground floor flat with a covered patio, a garden and a private patio

The holiday flat is located on the edge of a holiday complex in the bay of S’Estany d’en Mas in Cala Romántica. Just behind the building, Mallorca's virgin landscape starts. Enjoy privacy and quiet and the stunning, unspoilt scenery here.

The end unit boasts central heating and two apartments: one on the ground and one on the top floor. The top apartment remains vacant when the ground floor apartment is rented. You therefore get to enjoy the property by yourself. The 80 m², ground floor apartment has a living room with a dining room, a fully loaded kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with an anteroom. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner gas stove, an oven, a dishwasher a fridge/freezer combo, a filter coffee maker and small appliances. All necessary cooking utensils are available. One bedroom is furnished with a 2.00 m double bed, the second bedroom is furnished with two 0.90 m single beds, which can be combined to make a double bed. Please note that the house is not air conditioned. Both ceiling fans have an oscillating fan, offering a cool breeze if needed. The bathroom offers a shower, a hairdryer, a toilet and a sink. A washing machine is at your disposal free of charge.

The 300 m² property is fully enclosed by a wall and has a door which can only be opened with a safety key. There is a 20 m² covered patio with a table and chairs. Two steps down is another, non-covered patio, fully lit up and taking up most of the southern portion of the property. There are a total of four sun loungers. A staircase leads up to the 20 m² sun terrace, solely available to you. There is also an outdoor shower, protected from view, which offers a cooling down on hot days. Private parking is available. Additionally, there is street side parking.

Please note that internet access is not available.

A variety of restaurants offer their differing cuisine. There are two clubs in the complex. During high season, there is a shop offering groceries and souvenirs. You can find additional shops and restaurants in Cala Menida (2 km) and Punta Reina (3 km). Other nearby towns are Porto Cristo (ca 6 km) and Manacor (10.5 km), both on the ocean. Both towns have banks and large supermarkets, open year round. We also recommend trips to Sant Salvador monastery, Porto Colom and Mondrago Natural Reserve. A little further afield are Capdepera, Colònia de Sant Pere, Artà, Cala Figuera Alcúdia, Pollença, Sóller, Sa Calobra and Colònia Sant Jordi.

    “Wer Ruhe sucht, wird sie dort finden! Das Objekt ist sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Sehr geräumig und die Sonnenterrasse ist herrlich, vor allem abends. In der Objektbeschreibung war unter anderen ein Tresor und Bügeleisen mit angegeben, das haben wir leider nicht gefunden.”

    “Der Tresor befindet sich innerhalb des linken Waqndschrankes im Wohnzimmer. Er ist fest im Mauerwerk verankert Er wird mit einem Sicherheiitsschlüssel abgeschlossen. Die Größe des Tresors ist ausreichend, um Papiere, wie Reisepass, Flugtickets, Geldbörsen, Handy`s und weitere Wertgegenstände unterzubringen. Dokumente in Größe A4 können nur in gefaltetem Zustand untergebracht werden.
    Bezüglich des fehlenden Bügeleisen`s ist folgendes zu sagen: Das Bügeleisen befindet sich im linken Wandschrank des Wohnzimmers in einem Schrankfach.”
