    “Bei der Wohnung sollte Sie nicht so stark mit dem Meerblick werben in der Zukunft, denn den hat man nur ab 1,75 Körpergröße am Küchenfenster oder aus einem Schlafzimmer. Schaut man aber aus diesem Schlafzimmer können auch Leute aus 1 m Entfernung rein schauen vom Gang auf der Etage. Fazit: kaum Meerblick.

    Alles andere lief sehr gut.”
