Modern Country home with a patio and a pool on a spacious property

This renovated property is located near Artà in north western Mallorca, in a stunning natural setting.

The spacious house accommodates up to six people on several floors. On the ground floor, you will find the open 90 m² living/dining area with fireplace, comfy sofas, a satellite flat screen television and a large wooden dining table and six chairs. The modern kitchen boasts an island with a stove and a breakfast bar with two bar stools. The kitchen unit is furnished with a large refrigerator/freezer with an ice cube maker, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dish washer and a coffee maker. The laundry room offers a washing machine and a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds, which can be combined to a double, a large wardrobe and two armchairs. The adjacent, spacious bathroom offers a shower, a bathtub, a double sink and a toilet. A staircase leads to the top floor, where the other two air conditioned bedrooms can be found. The first bedroom is furnished with an XXL double bed, a wardrobe and a satellite television. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a wardrobe. The spacious bathroom offers a large shower, a double sink and a toilet. From the kitchen you can access the cellar, a great place to quietly enjoy a good book. Wireless internet access is available.

The spacious property houses a pool and six sun loungers and a cosy bench. The patio is furnished with a large table and chairs. A barbecue is available as well. Several sun sails protect the area from too much sun exposure. Parking is available.

The property is home to a herd of sheep. Upon request, a high chair and two children's cots can be provided.

    “Die Finca ist ein absoluter Traum und bietet alles was man sich von einem Ferienhaus nur wünschen kann. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig & modern ausgestattet (inkl. Waschmaschine und super Küchenausstattung), sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Garten- und Poolbereich ist sehr schön und großzügig angelegt. Die Finca liegt sehr idyllisch mit Blick auf weite Felder. Der Vermieter setzt alles daran, dass man sich in dem Haus wohlfühlt und steht bei Fragen während des Aufenthalts jederzeit zur Verfügung, Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!”
