This luxurious 4 bedroom villa is located in the heart of Protaras, just a 10 minute walk to the main Protaras strip and Fig Tree Bay Beach. Furnished to a high standard with modern decor, the villa is an ideal option for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing holiday close to the beach.
The villa is set out on 3 levels. On the ground floor, you will find a large open plan living and dining area seating 8 persons. Widescreen TV, satellite and WIFI connection are available and there is also a sound system and IPod / IPhone docking station. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. You will also find a W/C on the ground floor.
The basement room of the villa is in effect a studio apartment. It features a comfortable living area with TV, a double bed, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with a luxury shower/Jacuzzi unit.
Upstairs on the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms and the main family bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. Sliding doors lead out onto a balcony area which overlooks the garden. There is also an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi shower unit and WC.
