Exclusive country home with a covered patio and stunning views

This typical canary holiday home is quietly near the Tinajo National Park in Eastern Lanzarote. The town is well known for its fishing, agriculture and animal rearing.



The level access house can accommodate up to eight people. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for two, a flat screen satellite television with a DVD player, a stereo with Bluetooth and bookshelves. The kitchen is fully furnished with an induction stove, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. There is also a large dining table with chairs. The master bedroom has a large double bed, a vanity with a mirror, two armchairs and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, a flat screen television and a wardrobe. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a flat screen television and storage space. All three bathrooms boast a shower, a sink and a toilet. A washing machine is available, as well. There is also a small room with a bar, a wine barrel as a bar table and chairs and numerous decorations. Bicycle storage is accessible in a separate room. Wi-Fi is available.



The large garden is beautifully maintained. On one side is a small wooden patio with two sun loungers and seating accommodation. The covered patio is furnished with a dining table and chairs, sofas and armchairs and offers a great place for everyone to hang out together. The second covered patio houses the barbecue and another dining table and chairs. There are two swings in the garden. Parking is available on the property, beyond the electric gate.



The house was renovated, keeping traditional aspects and natural materials, as well as modern elements in mind.



Everything you need is accessible in town: supermarkets, restaurants, bars and sporting facilities. We highly recommend a visit to Timfanya Natural Reserve. Starting in town, numerous hiking and bike trails are easily accessible.
