Bathroom was fully renovated in 2021 and we upgraded the bedroom with a new bed. Kitchen is well equipped to prepare a meal.

Although we believe that the best holiday is the one where you can fully disconnect, should you need to keep up with the world, WiFi is provided.

We provide private, covered parking next to the house. Upon request, we are also able to provide a free, secured bike storage.

Apartments are located 300 meters from the town center. The shop is 300 meters away, a restaurant 300 meters, 400 meters of beach. All apartments has a sea view and terrace. Tourist tax is included.

The 30m² studio apartment has a ceiling fan and a sleeping area with a double bed. Opposite the bed there are a sofa and a dining table. Next to the bed, separated off by a counter, there is a kitchen unit equipped by a ceramic stove, coffee machine, toaster and fridge. The tiled bathroom has a shower cabine and a toilet. Air conditioner as well as ceiling fan are available.

Rabac, with its mediterranean climate and plenty of recreational opportunities, and provides a great escape for all seasons. During summer enjoy water sports, parasailing, jet skiis or rent a boat and explore the quiet coves around Rabac. Bike and hiking enthusiasts can enjoy the many biking and hiking paths all around Rabac, Labin and surrounding towns. Biking trails are perfect for professionals as well as novices, and can host biking competitions. These paths wind all over the Rabac, Labin and surrounding beautiful evergreen hills, and are sure to give you a day in nature you will not forget!

Want to experience Island Life? Take a day trip from Rabac to Cres on one of the excursion ships. Cres is one of the larger islands in the Adriatic sea. Explore a quaint city of Cress, beautiful, secluded beaches and delicious food.

If getting lost in a medieval town and its narrow streets sounds like a perfect day, Old Labin is only 5 km away. Situated on a picturesue hill, Labin has a rich history, dating back to Roman empire. Take a tour of the coal mine exhibit in the Labin museum, or visit one of many art galleries and olive oil tasting locations. In Labin you can enjoy typical Istrian/Mediterranean cousine, one of the best pizzas in Croatia as well as delicious seafood dishes!
